A comparison of different types of Nano-RAM (NRAM)
Nano-RAM (NRAM) stands for nonvolatile random access memory. NRAM is the future of RAM (memory) for computers and other electronic devices. NRAM will will be faster and allow more storage than conventional memory used today (such as DRAM). NRAM will also be cheaper than DRAM and be able to retain infrormation even after the power is turned off. NRAM will allow future electronic devices to last longer because it requires less energy than current DRAM memory.
